About United Medical

United Medical Urgent Care exists because getting seen for something urgent-but-not-emergency is still harder than it should be: hold music, waiting rooms, prices nobody will say out loud, and a visit summary that lives in someone else's filing cabinet.

We built the version we wanted to use:

• Verified clinicians. Every provider's license is verified against primary sources before they can see a single patient — and continuously re-verified after.
• Honest availability and honest prices. The times you see are bookable, the price you see is the price, and the refund policy is written where you can read it.
• Care that leaves a record. A written summary after every visit, prescriptions to your pharmacy, verified-only reviews, and a follow-up message window — your care, in writing, in your account.
• Honesty about limits. Video visits can't treat everything. Our intake stops bookings that look like emergencies and says so plainly — before you've paid a cent.

Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians. United Medical provides the technology and administrative platform. Availability varies by state.
