How it works
From "I feel awful" to a written plan — usually the same day.
1. Search by concern and state
Tell us what's bothering you and where you are. Medicine is licensed per state, so we only show clinicians legally able to treat you — with real prices and real next-available times on every card.
2. Hold a time and complete intake
Picking a slot holds it for you while you answer a short intake. If your answers suggest an emergency, we stop the booking and point you to emergency care instead — you are never charged for a booking that doesn't happen.
3. Consent, pay, and you're booked
Review the telehealth consent, pay the exact price you saw up front, and get instant confirmation by email — plus a push notification if you use our app. Cancel up to 24 hours ahead for a full refund.
4. The visit, and everything after
Check in from the visit page, wait in a virtual waiting room, and connect automatically when your clinician starts. Afterward you get a written visit summary, any prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, and a seven-day message window for follow-up questions.
