Your clinician assesses symptoms, asks the questions that matter, and talks through what’s likely going on.

A written summary with self-care steps, any prescription sent to your pharmacy, and warning signs to watch for. Message your clinician for 7 days.

Honest expectations

This appointment type covers short-term refills of routine, NON-controlled medications — enough to bridge you to your regular prescriber — and follow-up questions from a recent appointment. Two things we're absolute about: no controlled substances ever (enforced by the platform, not just policy), and no taking over chronic-care management that belongs with a regular doctor.
