Each provider sets their price
The price on a provider's card is exactly what you pay for that visit — set by the clinician, shown before you book, charged only when your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation that respects both sides
Cancel 24 hours or more before your visit for a full, automatic refund. Inside 24 hours, the provider's time is reserved for you, so the visit is charged — reschedule instead if you can.
Technical failures are on us
If a visit fails for technical reasons, either side can report it: you're refunded automatically and invited to rebook. You never pay for care you didn't receive.
No memberships, no subscriptions
There is nothing to join and nothing recurring. Pay for the visit you book, keep the records forever.
