Insurance & superbills
We don't bill insurance directly at launch. Visits are self-pay with the price shown before you book — which for many urgent-care visits is comparable to (and sometimes less than) an in-network urgent-care copay plus the surprises that follow.
What's a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized receipt with the clinical and provider details insurers require. After a completed visit you can download one from your billing page and submit it to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Whether and how much they reimburse depends entirely on your plan — check your out-of-network telehealth benefits.
HSA and FSA
Video visits with licensed clinicians are typically HSA/FSA-eligible medical expenses. Most HSA/FSA debit cards work at checkout; keep your receipt (always available in your account) for substantiation.
Questions about a specific plan? Your insurer's member-services line can confirm out-of-network telehealth coverage. We can't verify benefits on your behalf at launch.
