INSURANCE & SUPERBILLS

We don't take insurance.
Here's exactly what that means.

No networks, no claims on our end, no surprise bills months later. You pay the price on the card — and there are still two ways your benefits can help.

Reviewing payment options
SELF-PAY, PLAINLY

You pay the clinician’s listed price. That’s it.

Every clinician sets a per-appointment price, shown on their card before you book. There is no membership, no subscription, and no fee we add on top. Cancel 24+ hours ahead for an automatic full refund; technical failures are refunded automatically too.

OPTION 1

Pay with your HSA or FSA card

Video appointments for medical care are typically an eligible expense, so HSA/FSA cards usually work at checkout like any other card. Your card issuer makes the final eligibility call — keep your receipt (it’s in your account) in case they ask.

OPTION 2

Submit a superbill to your insurer

A superbill is an itemized receipt with the codes insurers need. After any appointment, download yours from your account and submit it for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Whether and how much they reimburse depends on your plan — we can’t promise an outcome, and we won’t pretend to.

How to submit a superbill, in four steps
1
Finish your appointment. Your receipt and superbill appear in your account automatically.
2
Download the superbill PDF — it includes the diagnosis and service codes insurers need.
3
Submit it through your insurer’s member portal or claims mailing address, as an out-of-network claim.
4
Your insurer decides reimbursement per your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
