Honest expectations

Most colds and flu are viral — which means antibiotics won't help, and a good clinician will tell you so. What an appointment CAN do: rule out things that need in-person care, prescribe symptom relief or antivirals when appropriate, and give you a written plan with clear warning signs to watch for. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy — never controlled substances.
