If this is an emergency, call 911

United Medical Urgent Care provides scheduled video visits with licensed clinicians. We do not provide emergency care, and a video visit is not a safe substitute for it.

Seek emergency care immediately for symptoms like:

  • Chest pain or pressure, or difficulty breathing
  • Signs of stroke — face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty
  • Severe bleeding, major injury, or head trauma
  • Severe allergic reaction (throat tightness, swelling, trouble breathing)
  • Loss of consciousness, confusion, or seizure
  • Thoughts of harming yourself or others — call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)

This list is not exhaustive. When in doubt, treat it as an emergency. Our booking intake screens for emergency symptoms and will stop a booking — without charging you — when in-person care is the safe answer.
