How refunds work
Cancel 24 or more hours before your visit and the refund is automatic — no form, no asking. Inside 24 hours the visit is charged because your clinician reserved that time for you. Visits that fail for technical reasons are always refunded in full, and if a clinician ever cancels on you, you're refunded in full immediately.
