Why we ask what state you're in

Clinicians are licensed state by state, and telehealth law says your visit happens where YOU are — not where the clinician is. That's why booking asks where you'll physically be during the visit, and why search only shows clinicians licensed for that state. If you travel before your visit, update the appointment so we can re-match you correctly.
